ARE CORPORATES INVESTING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION?

WHEN IT COMES TO CORPORATES & THEIR TRAINING THE FIRST THING WHICH COMES TO MIND IS,                       ARE CORPORATES SPENDING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION?

Aren’t they spending too much on something which is not required & not even friendly & FLEXIBLE enough for their employees?

Lot of surveys suggests there is something unaligned about the corporates when it comes to their TRAINING methodology.

Corporate spend a lot on training their employees (induction training for freshers & training on new technologies for existing employees). They use multiple infrastructure like multiple labs, hardware, software, machines etc. Even after so much expenditure and time investment neither its flexible enough for employees as they don’t get HAND ON LABS properly accessible from anywhere, anytime nor they do get rid of reconfiguring their set up all over again with different set of infrastructure requirements for other set of batch.

It shows the METHODOLOGY used by them is not effective and up to date

Corporates spend a lot on infra every time any update comes. Many a times they need to change the whole infra all over again due to required configuration issues & new updates & technology requirements

When they hire 1000’s of freshers & start training them, they need different infrastructure & lab setups for each one of them depending upon their respective training modules & they keep on configuring & reconfiguring the setups which leads to hardware disruption in the long run

When new technology or update comes, corporates need to buy the whole infra all over again.

Accessing the labs is not very flexible with time & place for employees

When corporates are such big technology BRANDS, they should go for something which involves Engineering (reducing efforts, investment, time) & make this process effective, easily adaptable & cost effective)

To solve these problems corporates needs to come up with some solution which solves all the mention problem above in one go.

CREATE REUSABLE CONTENT: Design your training content in such a way that it can be easily updated & used for multiple training scenarios whenever possible

CREATE A SIMPLE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

CREATING SOME INFRA WHICH COSTS ONLY DURING THE USAGE & NOT AT STATIC STAGE

SOME INFRA WHICH PROVIDES MORE HANDS-ON LAP & MORE FLEXIBLE IN USAGE FOR USERS FROM ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.

HERE COMES THE SOLUTION IN THE FORM OF M4L-MACHINE FOR LEARNING- WHICH PROVIDES ALL THE ABOVE SOLUTION TO CORPORATES
Machines for Learning (M4L) is a platform which allows the user to learn any technology in any device, anywhere on the go. M4L is designed and developed by G7CR technologies to meet all the requirements and reduce the problems faced when people when they learn new technologies. M4L has started to revolutionize how trainings are conducted in corporates and many other training institutes are starting to embrace it.
